Returns:

  • You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us via email at support@antwerpliving.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address which is located in the United States.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a note with your order number and reason for return.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service within 30 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  6. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you must follow the return process outlined above.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or if they are received outside of the specified return window.
  • Shipping fees, including any initial delivery charges, are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
