Delivery Time:

• Our standard delivery time is estimated to be between 15 to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags still attached.

Return Procedure:

• Once you have received the return address, securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
• Please include your order number and reason for return in your return package.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
• If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you must wait for the package to be delivered and then proceed with the return process as outlined above.
• Once the returned package is received at our warehouse, you will be refunded for the returned items, excluding any shipping fees.
